A little bit of bad weather wasn’t going put a dampener on proceedings for Antalis this month as the business held its annual fishing away days for customers.

A staple tradition for some thirty years, each year Antalis holds two separate events, one in the North and one in the South of England, where all customers are invited to get their reels at the ready for a fishing competition.

Mark Newbold of J W Northend won the biggest fish category at Antalis’ Northern fishing event

This year’s events, which took place at Doncaster’s Lindholme Lakes on 28th June and Essex’s Colemans Cottage on 12th July, attracted 66 customers. In the North, the overall winner was named as Kyle Wood from Extreme Print Finishers, reeling in an impressive 103lb 15oz, while Mark Newbold of JW Northend caught the biggest fish at 7lb 7oz. At the South event, Nick Sargeant of John Dollin claimed the overall prize with 82lb and Lee Harvey of Edward Dudfield caught the largest fish at 11lb.
