First Diecut Redline for Australia

Diecut UK has installed Australia’s largest automatic diecutter; with a sheet size of 2120×1500 the Redline has a top feeding section enabling it not just to feed all grades of corrugated but also display board, plastics ridged PVC, foam board and more. It has full stripping capabilities and runs at a top speed of 2800 sheets per hour.

Creative Cardboard based in Adelaide has been producing packaging for 15 years. This investment in new machinery now puts them ahead of the crowd enabling them to speed up there production and give more capacity.

The Redline is a very well built machine and put together by the experts Wook Ill in South Korea who have been making this type of machinery since 1980 and last year alone they produced 26 machines for the corrugated and display industries. The Diecut Group designed and developed the Redline machine with Wook Ill and have global distribution rights for the Redline and Whiteline machinery”.

Creative Cardboard Director Roger Buratto flew to the UK for a demonstration and to see the Redline in production, obviously going through the same procurement process as everyone else and he chose the Redline because of the quality and features on the machine and also because The Diecut Group can provide local back up should there be any problems.

Diecut UK over the past four years have sold in all corners of the world and are growing quickly due to a quality product and a fast to act back up service. After the installation which took three days Creative opened its doors to showcase the new machine with customers coming from all over.
