In house converting pays dividends
UK: Chevler, the baking cases and tulip muffin wraps manufacturer, has launched a new range of coloured tulip muffin wraps. The move follows hard on the heels of the company’s introduction of coloured cup cake cases in a convenient pack size that allows craft bakers and small scale producers compete against large volume cake makers.
Chevler is believed to be unusual in the UK in that all its printing and converting is carried out in-house. The company does not rely do not rely on stock shipped from abroad, nor does it depend on outside printers and converters.
