Kite Packaging and Audion Swissvac will hold the largest stand ever seen at Empack
Leading UK packaging supplier, Kite Packaging, will be exhibiting at this year’s Empack Exhibition 2016, launching a range of new products, with some that have never before been seen in the UK.
Kite has also announced that for a third year running it will be partnering up with Audion Swissvac, the leading name in automated packaging solutions and machinery. Positioned on Stand H12, the two companies will occupy a huge 104sqm space showcasing an impressive range of new and existing machinery. The Kite/Audion stand is the largest that Empack has seen.
Headline products include Kite Packaging’s new PaperJet System, a rapid automated paper cushion delivery system that is said to be the fastest paper cushion system on the market.
Incorporating the PaperJet with Kite’s hopper basket system, there is the ability to feed numerous packers with environmentally friendly paper cushion void fill material.
The SpeedMan Pro, Kite’s new automated paper filling system is designed with efficiency and speed in mind, enabling users to considerably accelerate their packaging process. SpeedMan Classic, Kite’s new maintenance-free, void filling paper dispenser, can easily be transported as it requires no electricity, and is particularly suitable for companies that package at several different locations.
Kite’s new incredibly fast Auto Airshock machine runs up to 480 cushions an hour. Never before seen in the UK, this machine significantly reduces labour and increases the amount of Airshock inflated. It is designed to run a range of different sized airshock, bags and flat sheets which all come pre-configured and perforated on a roll making it simple and easy to use.
Finally Kite’s 5×5 system, a new product from the engineering division, will be showcased at the exhibition. The hand dispenser system offers consistent and optimised pallet wrapping, giving improved puncture resistance.
The Empack show kicks off on Wednesday, February 24 at Birmingham’s NEC. On the stand will be Kite’s expert team to demonstrate the range of newly launched products and answering visitor’s questions.
Empack is also co-located with Label&Print and Packaging Innovations, meaning that the whole packaging spectrum is covered under one roof.
