Maxcess to acquire Fives North American Guiding

Global leader in innovative products and services for the web handling industry Maxcess International has signed a purchase agreement to acquire the Guiding Systems Business from Fives North American Combustion, Inc. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, the business will integrate with Fife Guiding Systems under the Bertram Capital-owned Maxcess.

“The acquisition of Fives North American Guiding and subsequent integration with Fife highlights our continued interest in market penetration,” says Greg Jehlik, CEO of Maxcess. “Our focus is on expansion through organic growth, targeted product development and acquisition. Acquiring Fives provides Maxcess with an immediate extension of our guiding product range.”

Fives North American Guiding has more than 50 years experience providing innovative technologies for the web handling industry.
