Mercury bags an award
MERCURY PACKAGING recently picked up the prize for its range of printed balloon bags supplied to Italian design and marketing company Pegaso for Disney at a flexographic award ceremony.
The bags feature a number of different Disney designs, namely Toy Story 3, Cars, Winnie the Pooh, Disney Fairies, Disney Princess and Mickey Mouse, as well as conventional birthday greetings, and contain a range of different sizes and numbers of balloons.
Produced from clear Cast Polypropylene (CPP film) they were printed in six colours using Mercury’s eight-colour flexo printing press. The finished product is a bag with side weld, lateral seal and punched euro slot suitable for hanging on point-of-sale displays.
