Romaco showcases blister technology at Taropack
Romaco will show blister technology for special applications at this year’s Taropak to be held in Poznan 8-11 October.
With its modular structure and length of just three metres, the Noack DPN 760 is said to be the blister packer of choice of numerous contract packaging manufacturers worldwide. The short cleaning times and easy tool setting speed product changeovers on the blister packaging machine. All format parameters are recorded in an electronic database and can be recalled quickly at any time. The technology provides an ideal solution for the production of small batch sizes, special packaging formats or multi-product packaging. The platen sealing execution boasts a maximum blister cavity depth of 24 millimetres. Furthermore, precise and efficient processes are guaranteed by the DPN 760’s servo-controlled main drive. The system is suitable for blistering tablets, capsules, caplets, ampoules and syringes and achieves a maximum output of 60 cycles a minute. When installed in an in-line configuration with a Promatic cartoner, the blister technology brings excellent OEE values and low lifecycle costs.
