TSC Auto ID and partners meet up
TSC Auto ID EMEA welcomed 56 guests from 39 companies at this year’s partner meeting held at the end of November. The significant increase in the number of participants in comparison with previous events is based on both the continuing expansion of the partner and sales network and on the expansion of the differentiated product line oriented consistently toward customer needs.
The participants who came from Austria, Italy, Russia, Spain, Ukraine, Norway, Israel, Dubai, UK, Sweden, Turkey and South Africa had plenty of opportunities for constructive discussion with one another.
“The intensive dialogue with our partners as well as our colleagues from other regions was the focus for us,” says Frédéric d´Orsay, sales director southern region; “in addition to our competitive products they are the basis for our success.”
Participants had the opportunity to examine the technical features of TSC product lines. On the agenda were Web-based configuration options and the TSC-developed Diag Tool that can be used to store or embed a variety of fonts, logos, and graphics conveniently in the printer.
A lot of interest was shown in the BarTender labelling software and the functional standalone operation that TSC Auto ID can provide for any industrial and desktop printer via a standard PC keyboard and integrated interfaces such as PS/2 or USB. New products previewed included the portable Alpha-3R printer which will set new standards for performance, handling and price.
